We have a full/double (are they the same?)! And we're not big time snugglers either.
My bed is a Queen. DH's is a full. We can't sleep together without fighting. I fantasize about smothering him and sometimes slap him for snoring and he doesn't like to be touched (or punched) when he is sleeping. He also claims that I steal the covers and we can't agree on room temperature and how many covers to use. For the sake of marital harmony, we sleep in different rooms. We visit in my room and it is fine. If he ever stopped snoring, I could see getting a King, but otherwise, there is no point.
We cuddle before bed and in the mornings just not while sleeping. I can't stand to be touched or breathed on while sleeping. We have a king and I would go bigger if I could. DH tends to sleep towards the middle. He always says he takes his half out of the middle. I sleep with a pillow on each side of me DH calls it the buffer. I just like my space.
We had a King when we got married....oh, I remember having all that room!!! Then we made our huge bedroom into 2 rooms when DD14 was born and had to downsize to a Queen. Not so bad.
We are currently remodeling and getting a larger bedroom, and I've said out loud that we can go back to a King now.
DH's response: "No!, then you'll be too far away!!"
I heart that man.

Cal King. And when DH is out of town I delight in sleeping on the diagonal. I love my sprawling space!
I am generally freezing and he's generally hot so I can have my electric blankie up high and not bug him.
Also, the kidZ tend to come in to snuggle out in the mornings before getting up for school--we all fit in the Cal King. I would be purely miserable in anything smaller.

We have a queen. I'm not a snuggler, but DH is. We do snuggle a bit before we go to bed or if we are having a lazy morning, but to fall asleep I need my space. We even sleep under seperate blankets! DH thinks this is so weird, but I hate his clammy feet rubbing me in the middle of the night and I like to be surrounded on all sides by my huge down comforter and he likes a thinner blanket.
In hotels we get excited when we get a room with two beds because that means we each get our own, LOL!

WE DO, TOO! A few years ago before we were married we had a queen size but it was DH's in high school so it SUCKED. We could only afford a full size when we bought a new one and we have had a full size since.. I guess for about 4 years?
We even did co-sleeping in our bed for a year! I learned to sleep with DD on my chest and only until she got to be about 10 months did it hurt me and we started weaning off to the crib more.
I love being close to Bryan and when he turns around to get comfy I feel sad because he isn't "spooning" with me anymore LOL. If we upgraded the onyl advantage would be a new mattress is nice to sleep on and DH's toes might not hang off the edge.
