I am making some kind of sandwich/panini and salad. I bought pepper cheese yesterday and will put it with chicken and anything else that I have on hand that sounds good.

I was planning on making homemade pizza tonight. I made the dough a few weeks ago and threw it in the freezer, but I forgot to pull it out! So it looks like we're having leftovers tonight instead of tomorrow.

I'll be using the pulled pork from yesterday to make sandwiches and I'll make some coleslaw too if I can find a good recipe.

Last night we ended up w/ basil pesto chic paninis w/ roasted red peppers and provolone cheese, and pasta salad.

Tonight we are having shake n bake chic, orzo, and veggies.

Last night was creamy enchaladias from the kraft food magazine... not so great.
tonight is beef lombardi with bread and salad.

Argh........I totally forgot DS7 has basketball camp all week from 6 - 7:30...so I stopped at Little Cesears on the way home & picked up a pizza for them & I made the pork loin on the grill so we could have it tonight...didn't start till after 8pm! Tonight will be leftover pork loin, mashed potaotes & steamed broccoli. We still have leftover Cincinnati Chili too.
