Two weeks ago one of DH's coworkers got into it with a guy stopped at a red light that had just cut him off. DH's coworker was stupid and got out of the car and started cursing at the guy in the other car. The other guy got out of his car and beat DH's coworker to a pulp. He's a mess.

Oh my goodness, DH just came home shocked. His co-workers wife called today after she had an ambulance come to take her husband to the hospital. He died today. There was nothing else wrong with him other than the complications from this incident. WOW.

That's awful! Oh my gosh, I cannot even imagine. I will think of this man every time I start to get agitated about someone else's driving and honor his memory by staying calm.

There was a police report done. The guy was let go at the scene by the police and no tickets or arrests were made because DH's coworker agitated the situation by getting out of his car in the first place. I wonder what will happen now....how awful for his wife and family!

And over something so silly! Someone got cut off just to get stopped at a red light. I can't wrap my head around it.

I'm so sorry Kari!! I guess I don't know what a "gated community" is, don't you have to be "let" in? So, wouldn't the road rage person be someone from the community? Can something be done to him by the community?
