Hard to believe on Tuesday it was 92 degrees. Today's Friday and we just turned on the heat! It got down to 48 last night and is supposed to be 40 tonight. It's windy out here in the country too. I told my DH if the wood was split I'd light a fire.

Scary thing is by Monday it's gonna be 80 again!!!

We'll all be sick all over again!

I still have the AC on here. Probably won't get into the 40's here until late Nov or early Dec

We are going through the same thing! 90s on monday and tuesday and by thursday and friday it was in the 50s- low 60s!! ugh. and this weekend it will be chilly, but next week it will be high again! DF is at his bachelor party this weekend at a lake and is planning on going out for the skins game on sunday and I'm sure he will be sick by then... either from beer or weather  ...

We're not too far from you Missy. I still have windows open..lol. It was 48 when I woke up this morning. Good sleeping weather. We probably won't turn the heat on until we have a frost.

OK, that's just not funny. I slept in until 7:30 this morning and woke up to frost! Last week it was near 90 here and this week we are breaking out the electric blanket and turning on the furnace. Bring back the heat.

It was 48 here last night too. I turned the heat on, but put the thermostat down on 55 or so. It didn't get lower than that in the house because it didn't kick on. It's suppose to be almost 80 today, but it's taking it's sweet time getting there. I've got an outside birthday party to go to today. I'm taking a jacket.

I made a comment last night that my feet were so cold...I guess I'll feel them again come April or so.

Still hot down here in Florida...it's 10:30 in the morning and about 78 degrees. Still haven't been able to open up the house for any length of time. I can't wait till we can. On the bright side. We don't have a lot of frost down here!

I had to finally turn mine on to I didn't want to but it was like 66 in here the other morning. But get this we are suppose to be in the mid to high 70's next week go figure. Which is great since dh is on vacation but still this weather is crazy.

We've had a fire in our wood stove a few times already, just to get the chill off, then came the 90degree weather in Sept.:)

This is the second night in a row that we've started a fire, probably going to have one for the rest of the season now.

we dont have A/c - but i had to turn the heat on a couple of weeks ago - at least for a few times. in the am it's been about 31 degrees. Im lucky if we are in the 60s. but this week it looks like from tuesday on our highs are in the upper 40s.

Finally cooled down to 80 during the day and around 60 at night but we still have our air running. Won't turn the heat on until 1st of November.

I thankfully haven't had to turn either one on. Our A/C hasn't been turned on in over a month and a half and I have had the heater on since probably March or April.

It has gotton to about 72 at the lowest in the house, so we have been okay.

I'm in CT and I just turned the heat on yesterday. We'd had a few fires in the fireplace already but I hadn't turned the heat on yet. A couple days where it doesn't warm up enough during the day and the house just was staying too cool. I turned it on but still left it lower than I usually do. DH called for firewood delivery yesterday too and they were going to bring it next weekend but they had a cancelation and brought it last night instead. Yay!

We don't have AC and won't be turning the heater on anytime soon. We still have our bedroom window open and fans running at night.
