I used alot of bottle dressings, but I want a diet friendly dressing or a good vinegarette (I have never made this) recipe.

I don't make my own salad dressing, but I eat a huge salad every day for my lunch (1+ cup Kale, 1 cup mixed bagged salad, tomatoes, fat free feta cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds)

I dress it with 1/2 tbl flaxseed oil (the one with the lignans added in tastes the best) and a dollop of Walden Farms Calorie Free Dressing. The flaxseed oil adds really great heart healthy fat and unbelieveable taste.

That sounds SO good! Where do you find the flaxseed oil?

I find it in the refrigerated organic section of the grocery store. Spectrum Organic Flax Oil is the brand http://spectrumorganics.com/.

Uber expensive, but the bottle lasts a long time.

I used the store locator on their site & a local healthfood store that I was planning on visiting this weekend anyway for their open house carries this. Will pick some up! THANKS again!

eta: Well, the open house is next weekend...will check it out then.
