I know I should post this in the receipe section but I thought it fit better here.

These are called Haystack Cookies receipe makes 9 cookies 1pt a piece

2 oz milk or semi sweet chocolate (melt in microwave at 1/2 power)
1/2 cup peanut butter. Once chocolate is melted, mix peanut butter with it.
1 cup of Fiber One (the stick kind) of cereal.

Mix the cereal in with the melted chocolate and peanut butter. Using a tablespoon make 9 cookies dolp size onto wax paper and place in the frig. Wait until they cool and eat. They are so yummy and low in points. You will need to keep them in the frig.

Hope you like them.

Thanks for the recipe! This sounds like one I could make for DH to take care of his sweet tooth and get fiber into him at the same time!
